About the Job is currently looking for a Support Engineer to help support our rapidly growing south Jersey facility in Pedricktown, NJ. This role will include, but not limited to: networking, systems, onboarding and end user support through a variety of devices. This role will also be responsible for building and deploying new, end-user facing systems (SaaS products and Microsoft Infrastructure/services). Our facility is expanding quickly and this position will play a pivotal role in supporting our end users and assisting that growth. 

About You

  • Associate Degree in Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of IT support role
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside-of-the-box
  • Highly organized with ability to see tasks through
  • Independent/self-driven & comfortable working under deadlines in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, MDM, iOS & Android
  • experience with Microsoft O365, Office 2013, Windows 8.1/10 and Antivirus
  • Apple OS X
  • Audio-Visual (AV) Experience
  • Active Directory, SCCM &/or WSUS
  • SaaS & cloud based services
