About the Job

The IC Specialist is part of the FC Inventory Control team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Communicate with internal computer systems to resolve any outstanding pick ticketing issues by the end of shift
  • Consistently identifying and working with manual pick tickets to resolve issues, with a high sense of urgency
  • Partner and communicate with Picking Leads to run manual pick tickets as well as, OB Leads to ensure we hit all cut off times
  • Take an active role in identifying root causes and providing solutions for problem orders
  • Represent the Big 6- Love Jet, Smash the Status Quo, Bounce Forward, Get Stuff Done, Embrace Your Weird, Be Kind
  • Assist in training new IC associates for Outbound IC processes
  • Handle all other relevant IC processes and procedures
  • In addition, one of the most important aspects of your job is to lead change at lightning speeds... our growth is relentless
  • Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each 
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head 
  • Walking in the FC and around the area with great frequency 
  • Continual standing and/or walking an average of 5 miles daily 
  • Ability to work in construction /distribution environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air-conditioned 
  • Able to access all areas of the building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely and without limitation)  

Requirements

  • Productivity- Must currently be meeting department productivity metric expectations
  • Accuracy is key!
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication important
  • Detail-oriented
  • Approachable – willingness to answer employee questions
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills required
