What you'll do at

This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Resolves problems related to customer activity by using various technologies, data and reasoning; using agile systems that are updated and changed often while continuing to meet tight deadlines; visually assessing customer activities; and generate customer obsession by identifying trends and exceptions related to customer activity.

Continuously maintain customer and system knowledge by identifying the types of information that are most relevant to resolve complex customer issues quickly; and engaging with peers, leaders and home office team members to share ideas for adaptation and improvement.

Responsible for making decisions when there are exceptions by applying strong attention to detail; reviewing customer order history for customer preference; communicating effectively to internal team members; and providing quick and quality decisions.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Entry Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service
• 6 months experience using computer/mobile systems • 6 months experience using data to make decisions

Preferred Qualifications
