What you'll do at
The Analyst I, Associate Experience plans, manages and executes the associate experience journey on site by partnering with key stakeholders (for example, Human Resources, Asset Protection, Operations) to analyze project initiatives; executing outreach, engagement, sustainability, and training efforts (for example, recognition programs, engagement calendar, SWAG program, site amenities and giving program); developing theories and hypotheses that support associate engagement strategies to drive informed decision making; and developing feedback loops and communication processes and procedures for the evolving associate experience.
Major Responsibilities of This Role Include
Provides guidance in the associate experience journey by anticipating business needs and potential issues and challenges with associate engagement; managing all people experience related questions and concerns; facilitating associate resource groups and clubs/communities at the site level; developing action plans to address issues; researching associate experience best practices; benchmarking associate experience programs against industry standards; and preparing messaging and other communications efforts.
Promotes associate experience initiatives by implementing strategy for associate Well-Being programs; encouraging community involvement opportunities; identifying action plans for annual events (for example, holidays, team celebrations) to increase associate experience; maintaining up to date knowledge of CDI (Culture, Diversity, & Inclusion) programs; leading GFE (Good Faith Effort) events; and managing associate recognition programs (for example, productivity, safety, Associate of the Month).
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in hospitality service, human resources, office management, sales or culture building.
- 1 year event planning experience.
- 1 year project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills
