In this role, you will:

  • Define product strategy for our next generation Marketplace Solutions
  • Build an effective roadmap and define user stories that support business objectives and user needs
  • Deliver cutting edge solutions at unprecedented scale
  • Work across Marketplace Operations teams and engineering to deliver the systems and tools that power the customer experience
  • Serve as an internal evangelist for your product
  • Provide internal users with actionable insights that are backed by structured workflows to accomplish an outcome
  • Tie together disparate workflows to accommodate complex outcomes
  • Present opportunities for automation
  • Concept and build to consistent interaction patterns

  • Strong communicator; able to level up and down on topics with ease
  • Passion for creating innovative products, services and solutions that enable internal users to enhance the Marketplace Seller experience and power world class operations
  • Ability to process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights
  • Have empathy for users and know the importance of walking in the user’s shoes
  • Understand the importance of design and research and how both fit into building new processes and deploying new technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement while balancing both "incremental" and "breakthrough" improvements
  • Able to convincingly communicate product vision, solutions and benefits of new tools and processes to our Category teams
  • History of successfully influencing through peers/peer teams to achieve milestones
  • Think analytically and know how to leverage data to prioritize
  • Can envision a world different than the status quo and can clearly articulate the path to get there

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in eCommerce, Finance or Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Prior experience building products rooted in experience design best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Business Process Reengineering a plus
  • Prior experience working directly with Category Teams / Retail Merchants a plus
  • Ideally versed in both online and integrated retail environments
