About the Team

The goal of the Walmart eCommerce Marketplace Partnerships Team is to maximize the value of existing partnerships and source, evaluate, and execute new partnerships to drive growth.  We do this primarily through new seller acquisition, key program adoption, and acceleration of the overall Marketplace Growth team strategy/roadmap.  At Walmart we truly value our Partners as an extension of our business and want to assure that they have the support they require to provide an excellent experience for their clients/sellers.   

About the Role

  • Actively manage 10-15 strategic Channel Partners
  • Hit goals tied to # of new sellers launched and contribution of GMV
  • Run weekly or biweekly business reviews with each Partner in your book, setting clear goals and continually assessing the health of the partnership
  • Work closing with other teams to assure Partners have access to all of the tools and services they require and escalating blockers effectively when necessary
  • Manage special projects and initiatives tied to partner growth
  • Work collaboratively with cross-department partners to optimize partners’ growth potential


  • 5+ years of experience in client management or Channel Sales
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners 
  • Startup mentality: scrappy, creative, drive and passion to be best-in-class
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Track record of delivering results and ability to demonstrate measurable results to business and customer KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organization
  • Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment
