What you'll do at

The Merchandise Coordinator manages the timelines and key milestones of special projects, consolidates information and aligns with cross-functional partners, manages photoshoot sample requests and tracking, and contributes to the on-time execution of major initiatives and seasonal campaigns for the Home Site Merchandising team. 


  • Manage coordination of major campaigns/launches/seasonal campaigns  
  • Attend all team meetings; send actions/follow ups as needed  
  • Coordinate and track all photo shoot sample requests 
  • Engage and work with cross-functional teams 
  • Work with suppliers as needed (outreach and information gathering)  
  • Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions 
  • Produces work that is efficient, accurate and detail-oriented 
  • Assist in shelf build/page build for critical launches 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in site merchandising, project coordination, or administrative capacity. 
  • Possess business acumen 
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary 
  • Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Project management experience 
  • Interest in/passion for home décor and e-commerce
