About the Role
Will act as conduit between the WMG operations and Global Shared Services, Sales, Accounting and Finance for providing resolution on invoicing and billing related questions and disputes.
Supports Quote to Cash business processes for ensuring accurate invoicing, cash collections and reporting
Will be responsible for determining appropriate method of data collection; gathering necessary information from internal and external sources; organizing and compiling data from multiple sources into one format; ensuring data is available for reporting and review (for example, regulatory compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); creating reports; tracking and analyzing documents, trends, inconsistencies, issues, and results; translating data and information into business decisions; and submitting reports to management for review.
May be responsible for leading specific projects to drive operational efficiency and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- 3-5 years experience in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/finance or related field
- General understanding of AR and Billing & invoicing process
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 years experience in advertising industry
- 1 years experience using SAP or other enterprise financial reporting system
- Experience in driving process improvements
