What you'll do at

What you’ll do:

As a Fulfillment Software Support Analyst, you’re responsible for improving the software experience for our network of fulfillment associates. In addition, you’ll troubleshoot all fulfillment center outages and use both your system expertise and analytical skills to drive resolutions on these events.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Use data-driven methodologies to communicate tooling needs to product teams
  • Ensure technology needs of fulfillment centers are met
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines as well as local, state, and federal laws for managing and maintaining electronic personnel related documents
  • Oversee and manage fulfillment center system outages
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to root-cause impacting outages
  • Build reporting to provide visibility into system health 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field and 1 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, OR
  • 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • 2 years’ experience using eCommerce fulfillment center systems
  • 2 years’ information systems experience
  • 2 years’ project management experience
