Associate Manager of Strategy & Operations, Marketplace Growth

The Associate Manager of Strategy and Operations will be responsible for supporting a multi-year Marketplace Growth strategy. This individual would partner with various verticals (including Acquisition, Onboarding, Seller Services, and Partnerships) and drive a holistic strategy and operational plan across the team. A key part of the role will also be supporting the development of new strategic initiatives in collaboration with external partners and internal business units across Walmart eCommerce, Stores, International and Sam's Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a long-term strategy and operational plan for the Marketplace Growth team
  • Broadly support the Marketplace Growth team by assessing, prioritizing and implementing new opportunities
  • Partner with Acquisition, Onboarding, Seller Services, Partnerships, Analytics and other verticals to drive key results
  • Support the development of new strategic initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

  • 3+ years of strategy and operations in a fast growth environment
  • 1+ years e-commerce experience, preferably in Marketplace
