    The Marketplace Partner Growth Specialist role requires the skillsets of merchandising and business operations, thinking holistically across all ecommerce levels including marketing, partnership and technology, to scale 3rd party Everyday Living sellers on Walmart.com. The Partner Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing strategic sellers’ operational onboarding process, financial and operational goals, and building strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities will also include optimization of assortment to improve marketplace growth, while enhancing customer experience. Successful candidates should be quick learners, strategic thinkers, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is heavily cross-functional -- candidate should understand how to use technology to help drive future product enhancements and define requirements for the technology platform to meet business needs. This is an ideal role for a candidate who loves strategic accounts, high visibility/impact projects and is interested in driving significant financial growth.
    Responsibilities:
     Own and drive Strategic Accounts’ annual GMV plan on Walmart.com and Seller NPS score
     Understand category assortment needs and partner with Partner Acquisitions
     Proactively work on inbound and outbound strategic accounts.
     Execute merchandising program strategies in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure success
     Partner with category, technology, product and marketing teams to ensure optimization of Marketplace items
     Partner with technical support team to resolve any onboarding technical issues
     Identify root causes of issues and drive creative solutions.
     Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in the Walmart.com merchandising/services area and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
     Ensures the alignment of multiple cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives
     Support Joint Business Planning for alignment of cross-functional strategy.
     Models compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
    Minimum Qualifications and Skills
     2 years e-commerce experience, preferably in Marketplace
     2 years of sales and/or business development in a fast growth environment
     Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
     Self-directed, well organized and good follow-up skills
     Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills
     Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or related field
    Preferred Skills
     Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people within Walmart and partner organizations; collaborative working style
     Passion for serving customers and understanding their needs
     Performance in an environment with competing priorities, multiple projects, and virtual teams
