What you'll do at

The Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations will be responsible for supporting a multi-year Marketplace Growth strategy. This individual would report into and support the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, Marketplace Growth in both strategy and execution, acting as a key advisor and operator to drive results. This individual would partner with various verticals (including Acquisition, Onboarding, Seller Services, and Partnerships) and drive a holistic strategy and operational plan across the team. A key part of the role will also be owning and leading the execution of new strategic initiatives in collaboration with external partners and internal business units across Walmart eCommerce, Stores, International and Sam's Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a long-term strategy and operational plan for the Marketplace Growth team
  • Broadly support the Marketplace Growth team by assessing, prioritizing and implementing new opportunities
  • Partner with Acquisition, Onboarding, Seller Services, Partnerships, Analytics and other verticals to drive key results
  • Own and lead the execution of new strategic initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
