What you'll do at

Position Title CSS I (Customer Sales and Service I)

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Sales Representative will analyze what the customer needs and make appropriate recommendations for purchases
  • Sales Representative must have the ability to close on Sales recommendations
  • Sales Representative will resolve all customer issues
  • Sales Representative must have the ability to fully grasp various computer applications
  • Sales Representative must have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Sales Representative must be personable, friendly and have the ability to up sell and entice customers to buy!
  • Sales Representative must be flexible with their work schedule. com strives to accommodate schedules of all individuals (school schedule for college, daycare schedules, etc)  Hours of operation are currently 8am-9pm including the weekends and most holidays
  • Sales Representative must be able to work overtime as needed by the business

Skill/Education Qualifications

  • Must know how to sell/up sell/ cross sell products
  • Prior customer service and/or call center experience preferred but not required
  • Well organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to convert incoming customer calls/inquiries into sales and “up-sell” related products/enhancement products
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills and not allow customers to “fall through the cracks”
