What you'll do

The Associate Product Manager, Customer Care Systems has a demonstrated passion for creating intuitive and efficient systems to support customer communication and service.  Through our internal Customer Relationship Management system and Chatbot Platform, our team strives to provide innovative solutions to drive best in class eCommerce support.  The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for feature development, from design to release, and will be required to work in close collaboration with our software engineers and product teams to plan and execute on the product vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product team to identify, plan, and prioritize new features to improve user experience and support organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate with UX/CX and technical teams to create user workflows and monitor build progress to ensure successful launch
  • Partner with various teams to build scalable systems to support customer service across the Walmart family of brands with varying technical and operational requirements
  • Analyze customer communication data to investigate product performance and drive user flow improvements
  • Contribute to the high level product vision through planning and executing on supporting goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous undergraduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a product development, highly analytical, and/or data intensive role
  • Proficiency in at least one analytical software a plus (SQL, R, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
