The Knowledge & Training team is looking for an individual who can collaborate, and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate innovative thinking, learn and use the latest tools and technology to assist programs and processes developed by the Marketplace Partner Knowledge & Training team in their efforts to help our Partners understand the Marketplace platform during the onboarding process and beyond.
This position ensures that creative and marketing tools are maintained for the Walmart Marketplace Knowledge & Training team. Responsibilities of this position includes enhancing the productivity of supported teams, tracking all development needs, coordinating and communicating between different teams, developing problem statements, writing use cases, maintaining contracts, and building good relationships. This position will also be responsible for testing some software functionality along with supporting and aligning stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications include exceptional organizational skills, consistent follow through, ability to thrive in a self-driven environment and someone who excels in a fast-paced business environment. Previous experience in working with vendors and multiple stakeholders is highly desirable. Some background in creative and photo studio workflows/tools, some technical requirements gathering, and/or some eCommerce experience is preferred. A positive attitude, professional flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
