What you'll do at

About the Role

Collaboration:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (including product and technology) to optimize the partner experience, including the management of road map priorities and delivery.

Continuous Improvement and Support Strategy:

  • Contributes to the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies for tools and processes
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met

Partner Support and Resolution:

  • Reviews open tickets daily for follow-up, routing and resolution of escalated and complex issues and inquiries, and provide actionable feedback to managers
  • Manages teams providing front line and escalation partner support
  • Identifies trends and leads root cause analyses of common issues to provide effective solutions
  • Builds and evolves the strategy and operating model of partner support and triage, including close partnerships with our product and technology teams to build long-term scalable partner solutions to provide a positive partner experience.

People Development:

  • Builds and leads a team to execute on business area objectives
  • Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance
  • Has performance and career development conversations
  • Maintains team motivation and engagement
  • Mentors specialists
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a large team
  • Seven years of experience in related area
