What you'll do at

    What you’ll do 
    • Leads predictive analytics for performance. Able to take all data and start to uncover trends before they occur
    • Identifies biggest movers for NPS and provides data/insight to vertical leads
    • Designs, develops, and presents strategic recommendations that directly address key business questions
    • Contributes to the Retail Analytics team in helping innovate, improve, and standardize processes
    • Helps lead data and dashboard requests for all verticals
    • Provides tactical insights to help drive the retail organization's key KPI's and initiatives.
    • Analyzes key programs performance (20day, enhanced returns, commission breaks)
     About you
    • Strong desire to drive transformational strategic and operational change with a positive attitude and demeanor
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and collaborating effectively with internal partners to drive results 
    • Operate with a strong bias for action even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity 
     Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
    • 6-8 years experience in business and data analytics
    • Hands on experience with BI tools; Tableau preferred
    • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with predictive modeling
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to explain/present complicated/advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
    • Collaborative, high energy, persistent personality with a great sense of humor
