About the Role

As our growth marketing lead, you will ensure that every aspect of our brand strategy and campaigns is just right. We are a brand-new brand (get it!) and you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our operations, design and product team to think about the role that branding and marketing will play in launch and, eventually, the super growth of the brand.

What you’ll do

  • Top-notch market research: Conduct robust research to understand our market, brand opinion, customers, competition and, eventually, campaign effectiveness (qualitative & quantitative surveys, social listening and any other innovative research method)
  • Brand launch: We are a new product and you will support the development of a deeply engaging brand activation experience that works across multiple marketing and social platforms
  • Lead generation: Devise highly effective programs to generate qualified leads and new customers that help us meet our customer acquisition goals
  • Ongoing brand campaigns: Support the development of strategic marketing plans to meet our vision of becoming a super brand, and execution and amplification of such plans across advertising, content, social, experiential and media
  • Partnership Scoping: Identify and negotiate strategic brand partnerships to grow the brand
  • Customer retention and loyalty: Run and iterate on highly effective customer retention campaigns
  • Measure, measure, measure: Maintain and develop our growth marketing reporting processes
  • and tools, including the creation of dashboards and reports to track performance, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing investments
  • Agency management: Support management of agency partners, ensuring timely SOWs, contracts and delivery on such with our agency and media partners

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in growth or media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
  • Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets and/or dashboarding tools (Excel, Tableau, Superset, etc.) to analyze business performance and forecast future growth
  • Proficiency in media (platforms and channels on and offline, market and industry trends, SEO/SEM/online media), social (organic and paid, content), experiential, advertising & content (channel agnostic creative strategy, production of various formats, best practice), measurement (analytics and benchmarks), and community/passion-point based marketing
  • Some level of familiarity with building a brand’s integrated marketing presence, bonus points if you have an exciting portfolio of past campaigns/content/creative projects – across digital marketing, experiential, offline marketing, partnerships and sponsorships – that set the benchmark for creative excellence and marketing performance
