What you'll do at

The Walmart Media Group is looking for an experienced and creative B2B story-teller, marketing insights guru and communications lead from the advertising space to lead the B2B brand management and positioning, lead generation, events and sales enablement, communication and overall go-to-market positioning for the Walmart Media Group. This role plays a pivotal role in how Walmart Media Group positions itself in the market to clients including macro sales positioning through to event management, industry participation and external communications. This includes pre-sales marketing insights, activation and client success story development.

Walmart Media Group is Walmart’s advertising platform for brands, uniquely designed to reach hundreds of millions of U.S. shoppers across their entire shopping journey. We connect billions of shopping behaviors to real transactions (both online and in-store), and help marketers truly understand how their marketing drives results.

Specially, we’re looking for ambitious, fun, creative, people-oriented folks who are truly willing to roll up their sleeves to solve business challenges in creative and structured ways (no lie, you might not have sleeves by the end of this) 


  • Lead the team responsible for macro-market positioning, B2B lead generation, Walmart Media Group brand, PR and external communications, events and industry participation
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships with Walmart corporate communications and marketing
  • Lead in the development of the Walmart Media Group brand positioning, go-to-market messaging and the story behind what we want to stand for
  • Own the market collateral, brand website, content across sites and social initiatives
  • Train the teams from sales to executive leadership on macro-market positioning
  • Own case studies, marketing insights and client success stories
  • Own video development and pre-sales creative for client meetings


  • 10+ years’ experience in advertising and / or marketing related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical, insights driven, passion for numbers
  • Experience in leading a large, cross-functional team
