About the Job 

We are looking for a smart, fun, and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Bronx, NY.   As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape sourcing and assessment strategies, technology and tools, and cutting-edge recruitment processes to identify and hire top-notch talent for Jet eCommerce. You will act as a consultant in hiring processes, relocation, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. You will develop sourcing strategies, identify, engage and secure top talent (both passive and active), and be the search expert for the functional area of operations.   In partnership with operations leaders, HR leaders, and talent acquisition leaders, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire and retain the best in class for the fulfillment center organization of Jet  eCommerce. 

  • Acquire industry knowledge and comparative market data to drive potential changes to the staffing plan
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with customer care leadership team
  • Manage and maintain TA recruiting budget while supporting the staffing plan for customer care hiring
  • Partner with hiring teams on sourcing, attraction and assessment strategies 
  • Lead intake, calibration and weekly/ bi-weekly recruitment update meetings 
  • Develop individualized sourcing strategies for the functional areas while executing and iterating where appropriate
  • Maintain solid and up-to-date pipeline, funnel and conversion metrics; provide a synthesis of open requisitions, including distance from goal and objective statuses (on/off track) 
  • Lead the pre-employment process for customer care new hires including completion of new hire paperwork, administration of background checks and drug screens
  • Provide a brilliant candidate experience, and positive partnership for each hiring team you collaborate with 
  • Manage full lifecycle Internal recruitment process
  • Assist on additional key recruitment initiatives (events, job fairs, on-site campus treks, etc.) 
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies
  • Ensure all TA activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate record keeping  

About You 

  • 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience supporting hourly class and salaried hiring  
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment, results/production driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; good business acumen and ability to give presentations
  • Commitment to learning and feedback, willing to hold others accountable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to make objective judgments and decisions using integrity and consistency
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality   
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
