What you'll do at

This role provides a terrific and unique combination of experiences between being a full-cycle campus recruiting sourcer in a hyper-growth (and super awesome) company where you will drive the absolute best candidate experience as well as an opportunity to provide pivotal operations support across our ecommerce campus team. What you’ll be working on

  • Maintain candidate metrics and provide data driven solutions to challenges
  • Run student sourcing campaigns through external job boards
  • Manage all candidate data metrics for reporting purposes
  • Own the entire recruiting process by creating a seamless and amazing candidate experience
  • Work on ad-hoc projects with the Head of Campus Recruiting


  • Consistently and accurately update data and track information for candidates
  • Create and manage portals for text campaigns
  • Manage internal referral campaigns
  • Manage special projects in collaboration with the Head of Campus Recruiting to evolve the function’s strategy and delivery
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members at HQ and across our locations on joint campus events
  • Develop and cultivate a current and future pipeline of candidates from a diverse set of schools, backgrounds, and communities

  • Strong excel and data management skills
  • Experience managing data requests and analytics for senior management
  • Smart, enthusiastic, highly strategic and a total team player
  • Experienced with university recruiting or other relevant work experience
  • Self-driven, quick on your feet and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Superior interpersonal and analytical skills  


  • Bachelor’s degree
