What you'll do at

The Partnership Specialist manages the essential departmental duties of special projects, coordination and data gathering from teams, centralize and consolidate information from cross-functional teams, manage and support item maintenance, reporting, photoshoot tracking/requests, and track to help execution of major initiatives and campaigns.  


- Attend all team meetings ; send actions/follow ups as needed 

- Manage most item maintenance across department, and work closely with item set up team.  

- Take on/manage special projects for total department 

- Consolidate data from broader team 

- Create efficiencies and process across department

- Coordinate and track all photo shoot requests 

- Engage and work with cross-functional teams 

- Manage coordination and data consolidation of major campaigns/launches/seasonal 

- Work with suppliers as needed (outreach and information gathering) 

- Assist in reporting via various systems 

- Run departmental reports 


- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, customer service, project coordination, or administrative capacity.
- Possess business acumen
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
