About Partner Operations

The Partner Operations department includes a team of associates who provide a variety of technical and operational support for suppliers, vendors, and merchants (our partners) who are selling products on our marketplace stores.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates learning programs using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners and drive productivity
  • Collaborates with Trainer/Training Supervsisor to develop support curriculum, LMS modules and instructor-led course materials
  • Designs content that is scalable, addresses a variety of learning methods and delivers results
  • Uses data to lead post-delivery reviews to make continual improvements, ensure course quality meets standards and effective changes for future trainings

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in instructional design, ideally in a major corporate training environment
  • Driven problem-solver with experience working across multiple instructional delivery channels including LMS
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time appropriately and maintain strong project management skills
  • Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced work environment and manage time appropriately
