About the Job 

We are looking for the best of the best to lead our dynamic Product Catalog & Tactical Operations Team. If you have the demeanor and skill set to help develop and lead this cross-functional team that supports our world-class Member Services group while also delivering results across several operations teams, this is the position for you! 

  • Works in sync with 3 other supervisors to lead a team of 3 Team Leads, 4 Senior Agents, and up to 35 Agents
  • Understand complex order and fulfillment process flows to troubleshoot system and delivery errors
  • Monitor company-wide critical order flows and alerting developers and product owners if outages occur
  • Support Member Services through in-person, online and email research and resolution
  • Answer emails from Members, Partners, Jet Fulfillment Centers, and many operational teams across the company
  • Provide point-of-call resolution to Partners and freight carriers
  • Learns and teaches SQL and Excel skills to your team
  • Maintains reasonable, consistent and predictable attendance
  • Provides onsite leadership for the team

  • 2 year of customer service leadership experience with demonstrated leadership skills(tactical operations and call center experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous undergraduate program or killer experience that equals the same
