Director, Fulfillment Systems Support
This position is responsible for the operation of a systems product. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Provides overall direction for Fulfillment Product Support by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer-focused environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops strategic direction for Fulfillment Product Support to improve reliability, productivity, efficiency, and establish cost savings by participating in ecommerce systems strategies to ensure alignment and share best practices; collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that initiatives align with overall corporate objectives and initiatives; overseeing and driving solutions to support the company's strategies and business priorities; ensuring projects provide return on investment for the company; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (for example, Innovations, Labs, .GEC) to ensure operational goals are met through systems innovations.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for the Fulfillment Center Network and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides leadership for system impacting events at the local fulfillment center to ensure procedures are followed and ensures the fulfillment center returns to a normal operating state as quickly as possible. Ensuring all needed parties participate at the start of the impacting event; while direct team is coordinating escalation processes.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines and local, state, and federal laws for managing and maintaining electronic personnel related documents by conducting reviews on fulfillment center servers to ensure personal information (for example, evaluations, matrices) is not being stored or published in public accessible locations; conducting compliance reviews to ensure systems policies and processes are being followed; communicating systems compliance audit results to corporate, divisional, and facility management; maintaining accurate records of audit results to allow comparative analysis; and determining and following up on corrective actions.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 4 years experience in information technology systems or related field OR
- 8 years experience in information technology systems or related field
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Master's Degree in Business or related field
