What you'll do at

As the Senior Manager of PX for Brands, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our family of brands (new and current) have a successful onboarding, integration and ongoing experience, post-acquisition. In this newly created role, you’ll be the liaison between Walmart eCommerce People Experience and each acquired company, partnering closely with each brand lead for the following: 

  • Localize People Experience programs and initiatives across all brands, ensuring every voice is heard and communication is fluid between brands and broader eCommerce PX team
  • Serve as cultural lead during integration and post integration, partnering with teams to identify and resolve process or policy gaps between acquired company and Walmart
  • Drive successful and seamless onboarding of new brands and continuous success throughout the employee journey, with access to resources and opportunities, sharing the Walmart story and ensuring connectivity to the internal communication process, at a comfortable pace
  • Create opportunities to connect new employees with the broader community through team building events and engage with Walmart leadership team
  • Ensure equity and consistency in perk and program offerings
  • Partner to find ways to continuously improve processes
  • Develop programs specific to each population
  • Partner with Community team to drive inclusion, giving and volunteerism with brands
  • Be the liaison between the brands and segment leads
  • Support internal culture ambassadors
  • Lead the delivery and education of our AVP and eCommerce story across brands

Experience

  • 6+ years professional experience in Consulting, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, People Experience, and/or Human Resources
  • Retail (corporate) and/or eCommerce
  • Start-up environment
  • Successfully implementing new programs, gaining buy-in and building strategic relationships
  • M&A Communications experience 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Passion for people experience and creating an environment where employees can thrive
  • Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)
