About the Job

Jet is looking for a collaborative, organized and FUN problem solver to join our Talent Business Partner team. The Talent Business Partner team provides HR Generalist support to the organization and this role is key to ensuring a brilliant employee experience. The Talent Coordinator & Analyst will work very closely with the HR team to provide first level HR support.


HR Data Management:

  • Enter employment data into HRIS system(s) for initial employee setup and any employment-related changes.
  • Maintain data integrity through various system audits.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent employee personnel files and other related HR files.
  • Run scheduled reports and share with relevant teams across Jet and Walmart.
  • Ensure background checks are completed and update company tracker as well as manage adverse action process.

Leave Administration

  • Partner with HR Business Partner on administration of FMLA/ LOA/ JFLM/ STD/ LTD.
  • Serve as point of contact to employees and managers on leaves.
  • Ensure that leave statuses are up to date in HRIS.


  • Serve as point of contact for employee benefit questions.
  • Facilitate benefit orientation for new hires.


  • Develop the analytics, reporting, programs and projects needed to support the strategic and operational objectives of the organizations HR function
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery of complex HR analytics and dashboard reporting in order to provide consistent and reliable workforce information; i.e. recruiting, retention, turnover, compensation, workforce trends.
  • Responsible for development and delivery of forward looking projections and predictive workforce analytics to support HR and business strategies.

Customer Service:

  • Assists team with developing and implementing people solutions to make teams more effective
  • Work with leaders to create positive, safe and productive work environments
  • Assist employees with performing functions within their self-service accounts, i.e. password resets
  • Answer general employee questions regarding employee concerns.


  • Partner with Immigration team to ensure compliance with all regulations for foreign nationals.
  • Reverify I-9s upon visa approvals.
  • Maintain all foreign national documentation.

General Administrative Support:

  • Process Verification of Employment requests.
  • Handle and/or direct employee inquiries regarding various company policies.
  • Assist with special HR projects as assigned and provide general support to HR team
  • Assist with onboarding of contingent workers and temps.
  • Serve as point of contact for discount card requests and issues across Jet.
  • Maintain and update building communication channels and board with relevant current events and postings.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Assertive self-starter willing to hold others accountable
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Previous experience analyzing large sets of data and deriving insights and recommendations from the data

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience as an HR / Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant or Admin
  • Previous experience analyzing large sets of data and deriving insights and recommendations from the data
  • Knowledge and experience with employment laws, labor relations, and practices including FMLA, ADA, AAP, FLSA, EEOC
