What you'll do at Walmart

• Develops and directs the execution of the Fashion vertical’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by teaming with the Group GMs. Establishes and oversees the execution of monthly profit and loss (P&L) reviews; and identifying trends driving positive and negative variances to AOP.
• Drives financial and strategic oversight on business decisions by guiding team as they produce detailed category plans.
• Oversees performance management activities by guiding direct reports as they build Key performance metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of operations; monitoring metrics on a regular basis; ensuring GMs are reacting to exceptions or trends; and escalating significant financial risks.
• Provides overall direction for the Fashion vertical’s business objectives and Customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer-focused environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or cross-functional team leadership experience.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field along with 6+ years experience in finance or related field OR 9 years’ experience in finance or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in advanced financial analysis, including modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis
• 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce finance
• 4+ years’ experience in retail finance
• Certified Financial Analyst
