What you'll do at

The Seasonal & Local Marketing team, in partnership with the retail organization (the merchants), ideates and creates marketing plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs and shopping missions by time of year, holiday, life stage, and category, with a keen focus on key local markets.

We are looking for a marketer who is adept at analytics, developing relationships, and “connecting the dots”. The Manager of Seasonal & Local Marketing will apply their creative skills and strategic thinking to help us bring to life seasonal and local campaigns, and then apply their analytical skills to measure campaign performance and uncover insights that will help us continue to raise the bar. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, great communicator with great intuition, and someone who can effectively drive strategy development, execution and optimization.

Challenges you’ll be tackling
• You’ll dive deep into marketing strategy, on-site and off-site campaign development, and analytics to drive business performance
• You’ll bring an innate ability to inspire and align different stakeholder groups on a shared goal.
• You’ll advocate for our customer, collaborating with tech and design to develop innovative, winning user experiences

• Craft seasonal and local stories from ideation to execution
• Help ensure seasonal campaigns are in sync with (and complementary to) other brand initiatives
• Drive briefing process to create seasonal and local moments that drive business results
• Partner with Creative team, Site Production, Retail Marketing, and Media to bring seasonal campaigns to life, including creative reviews, channel planning, and calendar coordination
• Manage seasonal and local campaign performance dashboards in collaboration with Analytics
• Analyze in- and post-campaign results to optimize performance and identify learnings for future campaigns

• Highly analytical
• Sharp creative eye and attention to detail
• Strong communication + presentation skills, and experience working cross-functionally
• Exposure to/experience managing strategic planning
• Well-versed in project/process management with the ability to effectively prioritize
• Minimum of 3-5+ years in online retail/marketing, shopper marketing or CPG marketing
