What you'll do at

The Head of Diversity & Inclusion, eCommerce is responsible for leading and executing diversity & inclusion initiatives, in partnership with our home office Culture, Diversity & Inclusion team, that will enrich our environment while empowering our people to do their best work resulting in an experience that’s gratifying, purposeful and engaging. Your ultimate goal is to capture and review data, diagnose, partner, and develop solutions to improve our D&I efforts across eCommerce.


  • Lead, promote and drive the delivery of diversity and inclusion programs across teams within eCommerce while ensuring alignment of experiential aspects of D&I programs across our brands
  • Build and successfully manage relationships with the home office Culture, Diversity & Inclusion team, People team, Talent Acquisition team, leaders at each site within People Experience, and leads across our brands
  • Partner with the Community & Engagement People Experience team in thoughtful ways that enrich our events, programs, ARG’s, and Culture Network; and help them to gain visibility, impact engagement and be successful
  • Support the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion team, leaders and stakeholders in the implementation of the D&I strategic plan across eCommerce locations
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to invite external experts to share new perspectives on diversity, inclusion and belonging; Develop cross-site knowledge sharing events
  • Determine short and long-term D&I action plans for eCommerce based on our findings, recommendations and goals
  • Assist with the development of a strategy to advance and retain diverse talent for specific underrepresented groups at both the senior level and junior levels (to pipeline future senior vacancies)
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we are fully utilizing campus diversity leads and taking their feedback/learnings into consideration, targeting organizations / schools / programs that can provide us with the best diverse talent and iterating processes as needed for successful outcomes; also participate in the development and execution of innovative ways to attract, develop and retain diverse talent
  • Partner with different teams to ensure that our content and messaging resonates with diverse audiences
  • Recommend training and other tools for leaders, people managers and employees, and continuously find ways to improve diversity and inclusion throughout the employee journey

  • 8+ years of professional experience in culture, diversity, inclusion, and/or employee engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior experience with and understanding of EEO, OFCCP, AAPs, and other compliance and audit activities
  • Prior experience with diversity, HR, talent, and employee engagement processes and programs
  • Ability to travel domestically to our other sites (up to 25%)

Bonus points

  • Experience developing programs from scratch is a plus
